Important Ticket & Entry Information
- Seating Capacity: 5,000 guests.
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Every attendee, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
Venue Entry Policies
- No Re-Entry: Guests cannot re-enter once they have exited the venue.
- Restricted Bag Policy: Large bags and backpacks are not allowed. Only small purses will be permitted, and all bags are subject to inspection.
- No Professional Cameras: Cameras with removable lenses are not permitted.
- No Outside Food or Drinks: Guests cannot bring outside beverages or food into the venue.

- The Box Office at OLG Stage opens two hours before doors open.
- Doors open 1.5 hours before the show begins.

Guests can enter the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino through:
- The left side of the Galleria walkway inside Fallsview Casino Resort.
- The covered bridge entrance leading directly into the venue.
- The Murray St./Stanley Ave intersection at street level.
